situation Chris was able to tell me how to correct the problem. But now
I had another problem, who could do the work for me. I had just spent
$3,500.00 having the driveway refinished and was sick at the thought of
paying once again for more service. Luckily, Chris had received a call
from Bernie at Paint Tech Custom Finishes after we spoke. He mentioned
the problem I had had with this contractor and Bernie offered to
complete the service free of labor charges provided I pay for the
materials. I jumped at this offer and the next day Bernie and one of his
guys, Noah, were at the house and had the problem corrected within three
hours! I still can't believe a contractor would do this for nothing more
than a thank you. Both Bernie and Noah were very respectful and showed
genuine concern for my situation. We will be having our home painted in
the fall and you can bet your last dollar that Paint Tech Custom
Finishes will be the only company we will use. Thanks again Bernie.

After hiring a contractor, who I thought was properly licensed, to
refinish my driveway I was extremely dissatisfied with the work the end
product of the job. The contractor not only left large, black boot marks
on the newly stained concrete, but he also clear coated them in place!
He also used a different color stain on the lower half of the driveway!
This contractor would not return my telephone calls or letters. Because
